Q: How do I join a membership program?

A: Ask your instructor prior to the 1st of any month for details and a registration packet and discuss with them which of our three membership program is right for you.

A: Our Trot membership. Our Canter membership. Our Gallop membership.

A: Yes, because of the huge discounted value we cannot offer it monthly.  We want you and your family to consider it thoroughly before joining.

A: No, you can ride whenever you want. If you need to take time off for a vacation, school sport, or just a break. Let your instructor know your intentions and we will remove you from the weekly schedule temporarily.

A: Yes, but you must pay full price for all of your IYD Services you have taken and pay a $150 early cancellation penalty fee.

A: You can pay; monthly, quarterly, or yearly for any of our 3 memberships. If you pay yearly with cash or check, you will get a 2% discount additionally. And for riders who prefer to pay monthly please make sure your payment are in before the 1st of the month to avoid late fees of $5.00

A: Sorry this is not an option available.

A: We sympathize with you and know how this complicates your riding membership. First, see how long your doctors projects that you will need to recover. If it does not look like you have enough time before your membership expires and you will not get all your rides in, then you can always enact on the early termination clause of your membership agreement.  Our experience is our riders love it so much they are back in the saddle very quickly!

A: This frequently happens with our students, simply pay the balance of your membership and renew it for the following year (we also suggest you consider upgrading to the higher value of lessons as well.) Which is an even bigger savings for you?

A: We never like this to happen. In our office there is a current rider log for all of our students if we even think this a possibility, we start reminding you three or four months in advance of your agreement expiring. That way you can double up on your lessons.

A: Sorry no. But as a perk once a year we let you bring a friend or family member to the barn to take one of your lessons with you just for fun. (Providing they or a parent signs a release form)

A: $_____.00 which is a $150.00 savings. Payments can be made monthly in the amount of $___, quarterly in the amount of $______, and yearly in the amount of $______.00, but you can get a 2% discount if paid in full by cash or check.

A: $_____.00 which is a $_____.00 savings. Payments can be made monthly in the amount of $______, quarterly in the amount of $_______, and yearly in the amount of $________, but you can get a 2% discount if paid in full by cash or check.

Join our Barn Management Account Program

(BMA Program is NOT required to board at our farm)

Ever wondered if there was an easier way to handle your horse’s health care management? At IYD Farm we have the solution for you and your horse!

In Your Dreams Farm (BMA Program)  is the answer we will have you complete a form with your respected horse health care providers listed and  the frequency of care you want. All blacksmith, veterinarian services and all other horse health care professionals are closely monitored and scheduled through our team if you are enrolled in our Barn Management Account Program (BMA Program). By having these tasks monitored and scheduled by a third party it leaves our boarders free to focus solely on the enjoyment of their horses.  You may choose your own equine professionals and their regularity seeing your horse(s).

If you do not choose to be enrolled in our (BMA Program) and if you do need us to hold your horse for an appointment there will be an $8 charge for each occurrence and we will not pay your vendor through our barn account.

How does it work? –  Example, if you would like to have your horse shod every 6 weeks. We will call your farrier the week before your horse is due and schedule the appointment and stand with your horse during its session. We will then pay your farrier afterwards with a farm check and deduct the cost from your in-house (BMA Program). We ask that you keep a monthly balance of $300 in your account this is to pay for your horse(s) vendor’s service, and no other services the farm offers! We will write the check to your permitted professional and then they won’t be waiting on getting a payment from you. At the end of the month you will get a detailed statement outlining your expenses that month and how much you need to include in your next month’s board to get your balance back to $300.

What is the cost?- IYD charges a monthly fee of $10 to manage your  individual (BMA Program). A minimum balance of $300 is required in your account monthly.

If you have more questions please email us.
