Susan Arnold, our hunter/jumper trainer, is a skilled professional rider and coach with a comprehensive background in total horsemanship. Susan is a graduate of Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and was captain of their equestrian team. Susan comes to us from Knoxville, Tennessee where she was the head trainer and barn manager for Noah's Ark Farm. Her responsibilities there included all levels of instruction - beginner to advanced - management of horse shows and the buying and selling of horses for the farm and clients. In addition to her daily barn duties, Susan served as President of the East Tennessee Hunter Jumper Association and was on the board of the Shangri-La Therapeutic Riding Academy. Susan easily establishes rapport with both her human and equine students and is adept at problem solving. Please be assured that lessons with Susan will provide any level of training that the student wishes to accomplish.
